The last of my Kelby Worldwide Photowalk 2010 images.  This is from the Horseguards War Memorial in St James’ Park, London, and is another HDR from 3 handheld shots.  As soon as I saw the halos around the soldiers – I swear I didn’t put them there – I knew I had the image I wanted.

This image was processed in Photomatix and LR3, where I applied the “O Brother” preset to desaturate the colours and made some targeted colour adjustments to the soldiers to make them shine brightly rather than keep their original bronze colour.
